So Kanye is actually being sued by the two children of David Proyor who claim he used borrowed from their father's song "bumpin' bus stop".
According to the law suit by Pryor's children Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor, "GOLD DIGGER" borrows a sample of their father's saying "get down " which comes from his 1974 song "Bumpin' Bus Stop", recorded by he and his band Thunder and Lightning. Actually, you hear Pryor@s voice saying "get down", if you listen closely to the song.
After 8yrs of the song release. and being No.1 on the Billboard, how early were the kids? Too early too late I guess...
According to TMZ the children request immediate stop in sales of the "gold digger" album and "millions of dollars" in damages.
