Saurabh Agarwal, a 39-year-old Virginia resident, has just been arrested by the FBI for sneaking his hand up a woman's bra while she was asleep!
The two were sitting next to each other on an American Airlines flight from Miami to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
Argawal tried to make small talk by telling the woman that she looked tired and asking if she was having a long day.
FBI Agent David Wiegand said that once the woman fell asleep, Agarwal began "hugging her body, with his hand inside her bra, fondling her breast."
The woman said that she "did not show that she was awake due to being scared."
Instead, she endured the molestation.
Argawal then "squeezed her body tight [and] squeezed her nipple."
He stopped once the refreshment cart came by to order two scotches, but he quickly started up again.
The woman pretended to use the bathroom in order to get away and tell two flight attendants what was going on.
One of the women told an FBI agent that she saw him hugging her, "hugging [her] smelling [her] and putting his hand in her shirt." She was "irritated by the defendant's behavior."
However, she thought that the two were a couple.
Argawal was detained by federal air marshals and is now in jail before his detention hearing this afternoon.
He is being charged with abusive sexual contact and can serve a maximum of two years in jail.
