Karen Igho recently tweeted that she has cancer and would be undergoing treatment soon. I guess it was the manner in wish she delivered such news that ticked some people off and they had the meanest things to say to her.
Cancer is a very serious and deadly disease and it doesn't matter who has it or the manner in which it was delivered, it is a painful thing to be told you have and the person should be surrounded with all the love and support they need.
