First of, the mother just put her little daughter in a highly jeopardizing situation, exposing her child to pedophiles and to complete strangers. You should never, as a parent or adult, share pictures of a minor in outfits like this or even nude. It is not only inappropriate but dangerous...
Plus the "mother" needs to be schooled on how to be one!
